Lorraine Kennedy is a very dedicated, highly motivated and extremely knowledgeable Travel Agent. Because of her skills, dedication and commitment our group vacation was a tremendous success that went off without a glitch. We had a total 26 travelers in our group. We all had different itineraries prior to meeting at the Viking Paris to Normandy River Cruise, some traveled to London, Barcelona, Italy and Lorraine planned it all. After the River Cruise, several continued on to Italy, Switzerland and London, all planned and organized by Lorraine. We have used Lorraine several times now and she never ceases to amaze me with how detailed she is. We just returned from a 7-day Mediterranean cruise, with extra days before in Rome and after in Athens. Lorraine handled all the arrangements: cruise, flights, hotels, transfers from/to airport/hotels/ports, etc. She is always extremely responsive and gives tips & reminders that she has learned through her own experiences and things she has learned from other travelers. We had a fantastic cruise aboard the Azamara Outward thanks to to our T/A Lorraine Kennedy. We sailed from Rome to Venice visiting the Amalfi and Dalmatian coasts. My husband and I took our two kids and mothers on a 7 night/8 day cruise for Christmas. So we needed 3 different cabins with two of them connecting. Lorraine was so easy to work with. I am happy to give a review of Lorraine Kennedy's past services to us as a travel agent with Cruise Planners. She initially planned a cruise for us and in the process went above and beyond by actually coming to our home to help us get boarding medallions, a technological feat that was beyond our ability.
She has helped us plan 2 family gatherings over the past year and we have another one coming up next summer which she has booked for us. Lorraine has always been willing to help other family members research vacation places even when they wound up doing something else.
We have found her to be quickly responsive to our emails even when she's been out of the country. She's very detail oriented and willing to make all the necessary phone calls to get all of our questions answered. I highly recommend Lorraine and her services. She is extremely easy to work with.

Lorraine has gone above and beyond to provide great service. We have used her for all vacations for the past few years. Last weekend our flight was cancelled. The airline re-booked us on a flight for the NEXT DAY! While waiting on a very long line full of irate customers, Lorraine was talking to an agent and within a few minutes, had us on a flight a little later than our original flight. Then when we went to check in for the flight, they had our names wrong. We had to go to another very long line. I texted Lorraine (venting, not expecting her to fix it). She was asking me questions and within a few minutes, she texted back ok it’s all fixed. Wow! There is absolutely no reason to go it alone! Lorraine is the best! I had the best vacation ever! I was traveling alone and wanted a place in Naples for a few weeks. I had originally started looking on my own at some homes but was very hesitant because I wasn't sure about the locations of the places I was looking into. Having used Lorraine for a previous vacation (which was amazing!), I reached out to her again. Well once again Lorraine came through for me! She found me the most amazing condo on the beach! I originally wanted a house with a pool but I trusted Lorraine that this would be the right fit for me and I am glad I did. Lorraine planned our cruise for 4 of us. She helped with the hotel to cruise port transfers with a great company. We just returned from a quick trip to Disney that Lorraine planned for us and it was wonderful! We didn't have to lift a finger. Lorraine helped plan me and my cousins 50th Birthday Celebration for a group of 30 family and friends at an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana this past August. She handled everything from the flights to the hotel booking as well as some of the accommodations we would have at the resort. She provided her all of her contact information to all the families that were attending and was in regular contact with them to ensure all the planning and coordinating was being overlooked.
Lorraine’s attention to detail and organization of the vacation removed the stress on my end. We had a fantastic time and a truly memorable 50th Birthday and it was in large part to Lorraine’s efforts.

I could not and would not have gone on this vacation if it wasn’t for Lorraine Kennedy!! She planned everything for me and made it all so easy. I haven’t had a vacation in years and forgot what was involved in planning a trip so thank god for Lorraine! She walked me through every detail and made my trip worry free. She even listened to my anxiety about everything from the plane ride to what the weather would be like.
